Yes, that's Joe in the vineyard planting a Cabernet vine with his crutches beside him. It's been a long road back since his injury in late December and he is happy to be back in the vineyard working. Usually the vines make it through the winter because we have grafted vines that our disease resistant and winter hardy. However, due to the harsh winter we are replacing over 2,000 vines.
Candlelight Barrel Tasting event this Saturday
May 31 from 5 - 9 p.m.
Join us for the Candlelight Barrel tasting of the 2013 vintages which was one our best harvests. Enjoy our wines accompanied by hors d'oeuvres while listening to live entertainment. We will be taking orders for futures of these wines that evening. Reservations preferred. Admission is $17.50 and includes a souvenir glass.
