Clover Hill Winery is wrapped up in spring fever!

Talk about Spring Fever! 70 degree days in March have us very busy in the vineyard at Clover Hill. We are feverishly pruning and tying the vines and finishing the general maintenance in our six vineyards. Bud burst is just around the corner and we are eager to see the vineyards spring back to life. 

We are equally excited to see people enjoying a glass of wine on the patio. Be our guest. Pack a picnic lunch to enjoy at Clover Hill or try some of the local cheeses we have stocked for sale in the tasting room. Compliment either with a glass of Clover Hill wine.


Owner's Selection - Turtle Rock Red

Turtle Rock Red is a flagship wine for Clover Hill Winery. It is produced 100% from Chambourcin, the official wine grape of the Lehigh Valley. The deep, purple color, fresh berry flavors, a hint of sweetness and a touch of acidity are characteristics of this wine. This wine pairs nicely with grilled salmon or spicy chili.

2012 Vineyard and Winery Tour Series
Tickets go on sale at the end of March. 

Spend the afternoon sipping and touring Clover Hill Vineyards and Winery. We will share with you our grape growing and wine making process from start to finish. Expect to spend 1 ½ hours at the winery for the tour.  Weather permitting we will go into the vineyard, so casual attire is recommended.  $12 per person; free for anyone under 21. Advance tickets are required. The tour is handicap accessible.

• Monday, July 23 at 2 pm

Music and Tapas on the Patio
Chef Nathan Grube and musician Craig Thatcher will be returning to Clover Hill Vineyards and Winery.  Tapas are available for $6 per plate.  Check back soon for the tapas menu.

Owner's Selection for June
Pinot Grigio is the quintessential summer sipper. This crisp, dry white wine is packed with citrus flavors like pink grapefruit and lemon.  Best served chilled with shellfish and fresh garden salads.  One of our favorite pairing is Pinot Grigio with littlenecks steamed on the grill and served with a lemon, garlic, butter sauce.

June 18 from noon-5 pm
Join us for a relaxing afternoon on the patio with good wine, food and music. Chef Nathan Grube will be on the grill offering tapas style plates for $6 per plate. Sip your wine while listening to the smooth sounds of Margaret and Randy Ritter live on the patio. Reservations are suggested for tapas. There is no charge for the music. Clover Hill Night at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center, Breinigsville 
June 24 - 5:30 pm the track opens; 7:30 pm the racing starts!

Clover Hill Winery is proud to be the official wine at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center. On June 24, we will be at the Cycling Center doing a mini wine tasting all evening long. We will also have a raffle to enter and prizes to win if you stop by our table! Enjoy a night at the races with a glass of wine in your hand. Clover Hill's Wine & Tappas with Music on the Patio

On Sunday, May 30 and Saturday, June 5 from 2 - 4:30 p.m., join Clover Hill Winery in Breinigsville for "Wine & Tappas with Music on the Patio." These free concerts feature the sounds of Margaret and Randy Ritter live on the patio.

Seasonal tapas plates will be available for purchase as will wine by the glass or by the bottle to enjoy on the property.

Tapas Menu - May 30:
- Asian Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce
- Warm Seasonal Vegetable Burrito with Green Chili Salsa
Tappas Menu - June 5:
- Grilled Trio of Kabobs made with local meats and seasonal vegetables.
