Pinnacle Ridge
Weekend of Feb 11-12:
This year we’re teaming up with our good friends at the
Mediterranean Café & Grill in Fogelsville. They’ll be baking some crispy,
flaky baklava, filled with honey, cashews, pistachios – and most importantly,
drizzled with chocolate.
This delectable treat will be paired with our new 2016 Vidal
Blanc – a wine made in the classic Germanic tradition of stopped fermentation.
Aromas of peaches and nectarines are intermingled with a clean minerality. The
naturally retained sweetness blends with the flavors and crispness for a
perfect finish.
